It’s been a while since Guatemala appeared on our menu, and Case File 49 was worth the wait.
This beautifully washed coffee showcases everything we love about the origin—structured, incredibly sweet, and layered with complexity. Notes of chocolate, crisp apple, orange, and rich caramel are supported by the sparkling clarity of a meticulously processed washed coffee.
As a pour over, bright citrus evolves into baked apple sweetness before finishing with lingering caramel. Pull it as espresso, and juicy mango, stone fruit, and delicate florals emerge while the chocolate foundation remains.
Case File 49 is a reminder of why Guatemala remains a specialty coffee classic—clean, dynamic, and endlessly enjoyable.
